Our Pet Policy

• We welcome dogs and cats upon approval.
• We also allow large birds such as, parrots, cockatiels, sun conures, and other birds that are often let out of their cages.
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment for a combined total weight of 200 lbs.
• Restricted canine breeds include Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these specific breeds.
• Please review the Animal Addendum for the full pet policy. We comply with all Fair Housing requirements. Valid service and/or support animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet policy.
• No deposit is required for small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish aquariums that are 5 gallons or less in size.
• Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make final determination in regards to dog breed.

Pet Fees

• $250 non-refundable pet fee
• $30 per pet/per month
