Staff is new and awesome. My experience is it is quiet. I rarely see anything going on. Trash is picked up often. Laundry room every floor. Machines in good condition

5 Star Review: I would just like to say just moving here to City Limits they take great pride in the property very happy and glad I moved here. The buildings and around property is always clean you never see any trash on the ground the apartments are very spacious and modern.

I did not leave a review when I first move here because I work a lot. I am very satisfied with my apartment it was clean and nice with brand new carpet. Santa is awesome she has a great personality and amazing patience. I had a problem with my leaky sink. She got it done that day. The maintenance guy is great, and did a great job. I am very satisfied oh, and I lovvvve my kitchen ??. Thank you!

My family lived here for 16 years the management and maintenance are wonderful they do a great job cub is really close and it’s right by a bus stop and it’s close to a car wash place and a nice gas station I’m very happy be a resident here.
