Pet Policy

City Limits Apartments is Cat-Friendly!

We welcome cats at City Limits Apartments. The initial pet fee is as follows:

For pets in an apartment there is a one hundred fifty ($150) pet fee required that is non-refundable and a one hundred fifty ($150) refundable due at move in.

There is a monthly pet fee of $25 per cat. No more than two (2) pets are allowed per apartment. Pets may be cats.

The Initial Pet Fee is non-refundable and does not transfer from apartment to apartment. Failure to report a pet on the application and/or failure to register your pet once adopted will result in a $500 Pet Policy violation fee.  The pet must then be immediately removed from the apartment and a damage assessment will be conducted.  If you choose to keep the pet, the $500 fee will become the Initial Pet Fee, is non-refundable, and pet rent charges will be back charged to the start of your lease.

Restricted dog breeds are: Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier,  Bull  Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Mastiff, Olde English Bull Dog, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire, Bull Terrier, Dalmatian, Saint Bernard, Great Dane or any mix of these breeds. 

Pets allowed without deposits: Small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish acquirements that are five (5) gallons or less. Note deposits are required on large birds, including but not limited to, Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures, or other birds often let out of cages.

The following pets are not authorized at City Limits Apartments: snakes, lizards, sugar glider, flying squirrels, chinchillas, ferrets, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, or venomous animals of any kind.

The following are the owner’s requirements: No pets allowed on new carpet or carpet less than two (2) years old, pets must be inoculated, proof of age, all deposits and fees must be paid on or before the date the resident takes possession of the apartment, and a separate addendum is to be completed and signed, and is considered part of the Lease Agreement.
